02 Technical support

All monthly plans include guaranteed on-site technical support in English. A qualified technician is guaranteed to attend your home within 24 hours of your call or email requesting assistance.

The technician will assist with any connection issue affecting any wired or wireless device on your network, including but not limited to:

03 Working hours

Our call centre and support team are available during the following hours:

Sunday – Thursday8:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Friday8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
SaturdayClosed

If you wish to visit us in person, our office is located at Jaffa 210, Jerusalem.

04 Billing

Services are billed monthly. Charges are applied during the last third of each calendar month for services provided within that month. You will receive a single itemized bill in English covering all active services.

05 Termination of service

You may terminate your service at any time by contacting us by phone or email. Service will be terminated at the end of the calendar month in which notice was received. No charges will be applied beyond that date.
